Also, I need to back peddle a little in regards to the factory bracket that came with this tank. After I installed the fan kit I couldn't get MY custom tank bracket bolt holes to line up anymore. I think the OEM fan "wings" that wrap around, and attach to, the radiator caused it to distort the positioning of the tank just enough to make my custom bracket bolt holes not line up. Arrgh!!! After much fiddling around, I grabbed the stock bracket, enlarged the bolt holes slightly with a rat tail file and gave it another shot. It was tight but I got it to work. Why it worked this time and not last time... I don't know. Perhaps the tank has changed shape slightly since it's been mounted. Perhaps it was a little warmer outside which allowed it to be more flexible this time around. I don't know. It does fit though!
